Jane McNeill Ceramics is a studio pottery based near Salisbury, Wiltshire. From my garden studio, I make wheel-thrown stoneware — pieces that feel calm and considered in the hand.

My glazes are inspired by a coastal palette; sea-greens, tidal blues, soft whites, and sandy neutrals that echo shorelines, big skies and shifting light.

I'm drawn to the pared-back traditions of Japanese and Scandinavian making, where simplicity is the point, nothing is added without reason, and the mark of the maker’s hand is left in the work.
